As a long-standing member of the National Association of Musical Instrument Repairers, I have been repairing woodwind instruments for over 30 years for both professionals and amateurs.
I repair all woodwind instruments and specialise in saxophones, flutes, clarinets and oboes.
Having trained at Newark’s School of Clarinet Making and Woodwind Repair, Clarinet making was a predominant factor whilst training at Newark and as a keen clarinettist and silversmith, key work alterations on any woodwind instrument became a much-requested speciality.
I continued my training at All Flutes Plus, London, later moving to Topwind as their flute specialist.
Providing Woodwind Repair in East Lothian, I cover Central Scotland and the Borders and provide a UK-wide postal repair service.
